What is tiny TITANS?
A verified local impact platform. Charities list their projects. Supporters and businesses back them directly. The charity verifies the support. That verified contribution lives permanently on the supporter's profile, builds their Titan Type identity, and feeds into community leaderboards. Real support, properly verified, made visible.
Does tiny TITANS handle money or process donations?
No. Support flows directly between the supporter and the organisation outside the platform through whatever channel works for them. tiny TITANS is the discovery, verification, and visibility layer. Nothing more.
What does verified mean?
The receiving organisation has confirmed the support happened and attached it to the right project. Verified by them, not by us. The accountability sits with the organisation that received it.
Is a verified contribution the same as a tax receipt?
No. It is a public record that support happened. Tax receipts and donation documentation are issued directly by the receiving charity where applicable. tiny TITANS does not issue financial or tax documentation of any kind.
How much does it cost?

How do I earn a Titan Type?
Every time a charity verifies a contribution, you automatically earn a Titan Type based on the cause category. Support a sustainability project and you earn Terra, the Green Titan. Back an education campaign and you earn Lumen, the Yellow Titan. You do not choose it. It is assigned based on your verified contribution history.
What is a Main Titan and what is a Sub-Titan?
Your Main Titan is where you show up most consistently. It is assigned dynamically based on frequency, recency, and volume of your verified contributions and shifts over time as your giving patterns evolve. That shift is always framed as growth, not loss. Sub-Titans are collected for every other cause category you have backed. Earn all eight and something special happens.
How do I affiliate with my employer?
If your employer has a business account on tiny TITANS, add your work email to your profile, receive a verification code, confirm it, and your affiliation is auto-approved. No waiting, no manual review. No work email? Request affiliation manually. Your employer approves or rejects. Once approved, your contributions count toward both your personal profile and the business team tally. If you change jobs, remove the old affiliation and add your new work email. Your personal contribution history stays with you regardless.
What shows on my public profile?
You choose. Titan Types, verified contribution history, causes supported, current and past charities backed, group affiliations, and leaderboard standing. Show exact amounts, ranges, causes only, or keep everything anonymous. Your profile is yours to control.

How does the email upload verification process work?
Once you have received support from someone, you verify it by uploading their email address against the relevant project on tiny TITANS. You can upload email addresses individually or in bulk via CSV. You also select the contribution type for that batch, for example financial, goods, or volunteer time, and can add an optional note. tiny TITANS then matches each uploaded email against existing platform accounts and credits verified contributions automatically. For emails that do not match an existing account, tiny TITANS sends a personalised invitation email inviting that person to claim their verified contribution and join the platform. You do not approve or reject individual contributions. You upload, tiny TITANS handles the matching, and the verification appears on the supporter's profile.
Does tiny TITANS issue tax receipts?
No. tiny TITANS does not issue tax receipts, donation acknowledgements, or any official financial documentation. A verified contribution on tiny TITANS is a public record that support happened. It is not a tax receipt. If a donor or supporter is entitled to a tax credit for their contribution, that documentation is issued directly by your organisation where applicable, through your usual processes. tiny TITANS sits entirely outside that process.
Is tiny TITANS free for charities?
Yes. tiny TITANS is free for charities at all levels. This is a permanent commitment, not a trial period. The base plan includes your organisation profile, unlimited project listings, the email upload verification process, supporter history, basic impact summary, custom branding, supporter export, campaign templates, and two admin users. Optional paid add-ons are available for charities that want more, including additional admin users, AI grant proposal writing, formatted impact reports, advanced analytics, and featured placement. These are modular and entirely optional. You pay only for what you need.
What is a founding charity partner?
Founding charity partners are the organisations that join tiny TITANS before the platform goes live. As a founding partner you get first access when the platform launches, a named Founding Partner badge on your organisation profile, and direct input into how tiny TITANS develops. You are not just signing up to something someone else built. You are helping shape it. To become a founding charity partner, join the waitlist at [URL] and let us know you are interested. How do Rallies and Missions work for charities?
Rallies and Missions are posted by businesses on the platform. A Rally is an entry level commitment. A Mission is a larger, more sustained commitment. Each one shows the business name, cause category, location, bounty amount, slots available, and timeframe. As a charity, you can browse and filter active Rallies and Missions by tier, Titan category, and location. If you find one that fits your cause and your project, you pitch directly to the business outside the platform through whatever channel works best, email, phone, or otherwise. tiny TITANS is the discovery layer only and is not involved in the pitch or negotiation. Once a match is made and the support has been received, you verify it through the standard email upload process. The fulfilled slot is then marked on the business's Rally or Mission automatically. Access to Rallies and Missions is available to charities with a completed and verified profile. It is not behind a paywall.

What is Guild identity?
Guild identity is tiny TITANS' cause identity system for businesses. It mirrors Titan Types for supporters but reflects your business's collective community contribution rather than personal giving. Your Main Guild is assigned automatically after your first verified contribution. It shifts dynamically as your team's giving patterns evolve. Sub-Guilds are earned for every additional cause category your team backs. There are eight Guilds, one for each cause category. Guild identity cannot be purchased. It is earned through verified contributions and sustained community involvement.

A Mission is a larger, more sustained one. You set the cause category, location, bounty amount, timeframe, and number of slots. The tier is assigned automatically based on the amount. Charities browse, filter, and pitch to you directly outside the platform. The conversation and the support happen on your terms. Once a match is made and verified, the fulfilled slot is marked automatically. When complete, you are prompted to set up a formal Cause Commitment.
